Students with Instructor's Approval

Competition training is meant to prepare students for the demands and tactics that are needed to compete successfully in BJJ tournaments.

You do not need to fight in tournaments in order to attend this class, but you will be expected to work hard and help the other students prepare for their upcoming fights.

The minimum requirement to participate in live training is a white belt with 1 stripe.
